Sara Bonds, OD earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University and went on to receive another Bachelor of Science in Visual Science along with her Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she graduated with honors in the top 5% of her class.

Dr. Bonds is certified in Myopia Management and Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) and has a true passion for helping children see their best. She believes that healthy vision is one of the most important parts of a child’s growth and learning, and she loves creating a positive, comfortable experience for kids in her care. Her commitment to advancing children’s eye health extends beyond the exam room — she also mentors fellow optometrists on myopia management and Ortho-K, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm for this growing area of care.

In practice, Dr. Bonds provides comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages with a special focus on eye health and contact lenses. She diagnoses and manages conditions such as diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, and other ocular disorders. She enjoys finding just the right contact lens fit for each patient — especially those with “hard-to-fit” needs.

Outside the office, Dr. Bonds loves spending time with her husband, children, and extended family. She also enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and gardening.

Jeff Bonds, native to Chester County, is a board certified optician in the state of Pennsylvania.
